Sign on a beam in the Guinness Storehouse."Leprechauns" kick off week-long festivities by

renaming New London, Wisconsin to New Dublin

The Chicago River is dyed green each year for the
St. Patrick's Day celebration, shown here in 2008.
Kinda crazy, wonder how quickly it goes back to normal.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

I hope that everyone will find a four leaf clover or a pot'o'gold.

Also you better be wearing your green today!
I'm off to make some GREEN panacakes.....mmmmm!

LET ME PREFACE this joke by saying someone sent it to my mother in law while we were waiting for surgery to be over yesterday. It is a little crude, you can erase it or not read it at your preference. I had to share as it had the St. Patty's spirit...

Why do Leprechaun's laugh when they run through the grass?

Because the grass tickles their nuts.
